  • Returns and Exchanges

- Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.

  1. Return Policy:- Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send a long a pic , and we'll give your your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity of recycle it.
  2. Received Wrong Item?- If there's an issue with your order-- if it's the wrong color, defective, or not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify our team, and we'll give you a refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us.
  3. Exchanges - We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
  • Orders Placements

- Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2 business days.
